The authors experienced 3 cases of fetus to fetus transfusion syndromes at Busan II Sin Women’s
Hospital to report them as well as brief review of liceratures.
In 2 of 3 cases, there was marked difference in birth weights and hemoglobin levels between two
identical twins.
In the remaining one case, one infant was healthy and grossly normal, while the other had

A case of congenital cystic dilatation of the common dile buct in a 19 months old female was reported.
The case was very difficult to make diagnosis, so she was given exploratory laparotomy. Postoperative follow up was heard she was in good health without any complications. Authors added to review of literatures briefly
